ARE THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S FOOTBALL ALLIANCE PEACE FIELD<\/p>\n
Nagpur, India.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 14.6666669845581px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Slum Soccer\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14.6666669845581px;\">celebrated the twinning their Academy football pitch with <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.peacevillage.be\/en\" target=\"_blank\">Flanders Peace Field and The Peace Village<\/a><\/strong>, Messine, Belgium, site of the 1914 First World War Christmas Truces. \u00a0 The Peace Field plaque (sponsored by <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.joneslanglasalle.co.in\/india\/en-gb\" target=\"_blank\">Jones Lang Lasalle<\/a>, JLL<\/strong>)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>was presented to Vi’jay Barse the founder of Slum Soccer by Ernie Brennan, Managing Director of the National Children’s Football Alliance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.childrensfootballalliance.com\/pfp-ceremonyw300_h169\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3991\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3991\" src=\"http:\/\/www.childrensfootballalliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/PFP-ceremonyw300_h169-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"PFP ceremonyw300_h169\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event facilitated a series of football games for boys and girls. \u00a0The special guests were students from Frankfurt University who were on a study trip in India;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">‘It was an honor to take part in the twinning ceremony. We are here to observe how non government organisations work in the third sector. Observing how the National Children’s Football Alliance (NCFA) UK work together with Slum Soccer has been a fascinating and inspiring experience which all my students will benefit from’. \u00a0<strong>Prof. Dr. Alexandra Caspari.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">‘This is a very important part of Slum Soccer to have a peace pitch that promotes play to young and old people.
