JUST GIVING FUND RAISING
£10,277.00 was raised for the September 2023 GLOBAL PEACE GAMES.
A magnificant event facilitated by a wonderful football club. Thank you to all the players of both teams for entertaining the 500 supporters. A big shout-out to all the celebrities that gave up their free time to support the charity. In a game that witnessed 15 goals, a hatrick by our very own Charlie, a performance by Daisy which is bound to win another prestigeous BAFTA and an athletic diving save that everyone missed by Dad, Paul; the day smashed the fund raising target.
All monies raised will go towards The CFA’s 2023 GLOBAL PEACE GAMES. A peace education through play event for mixed ability mixed gender children from diverse communities. The GPGs celebrates International Day of Peace at The Peace Village, Mesen, Flanders, Belgium; site of the 1914 Christmas Truces, where Allied and German soldiers played games of football.
